Design, 3d, & build services.

Available for Bay Area residence from Santa Rosa to Gilroy.

Our design team first starts you out with a 2 hour on-site meeting about your landscape and/or pool design project. At the end of the first meeting, we will have design ideas and a sketch to go over with you before we leave. Back at the office, we take these ideas and put them into a scaled CAD drawing and send over frequent updates, allowing you to make edits and share comments along the way. This makes for a smooth and fun project from start to finish and sets you up for a successful investment into your property. At the end of the design process, approximately 6 weeks, we deliver you 3 sets of your scaled custom design, a PDF for future prints, and an estimate for us to build your project.

Swimming pools & spas.

Alderland’s philosophy on swimming pools and spas- create a sense of balance between swimming pool/spa features and landscape elements. This creates a more appealing landscape environment and increases resale value.

Hardscapes.

Lowering and raising the soil for proper grades for drainage, cutting and removing soil for gas lines retaining walls, pouring concrete footings, pouring concrete piers, compacting recycled concrete sub-base for concrete patios, pathways for stairs, sprinklers, drainage, french behind walls and solid in concrete, and wiring for lights. This all needs to be completed first before we start work above ground.

Alderland uses a simple rule of thumb when it come to landscape design, the 3:1 ratio. For every 1 area of hardscape you have 3 areas of softscape. Using this rule, Alderland is able to create a sense of nature and beauty in your space.
