At Alderland Pool & Landscape Co., our designs revolve around creating outdoor spaces that not only enhance the beauty of a property, while also adding significant value and functionality for our clients. We understand that each client has unique preferences, needs, and budgets and we tailor our designs to meet those specific requirements.
How our design services work
Working with just one team
Alderland does more than just design and build landscapes and pools! We also design and build all the additional features that are so important to the aesthetics and functionality of your outdoor space.
By choosing Alderland Pool & Landscape Co. to manage your project from design to finish construction, you can expect a stress-free experience and a stunning end result that exceeds your expectations.
Our in-house design team is in place strictly for you.
Turn around time is around 6 weeks.
Our final concept designs include drawings for all items that require more detail to pass permitting.
Concept designs start around $3,500.
During the initial meeting, the owner, Don, will sit with clients in person for 2+ hours discussing and designing.
When completed, you will receive 3 sets of scaled AutoCAD drawings along with a set of the pdf designs.
Alderland offers additional plan and visualization options upon request. These include: Planting, Lighting, Irrigation, and Drainage plans, WELO calculations, and 3D videos.
